I love Tech tools. Over the span of one year, I have used different tools that help entrepreneurs in running their business in a much organized and systematic way. So, no worries, if you are transitioning from a pen and paper method to online tools or already a tech tool lover, I am sure you will definitely find something helpful.

CLICK-UP

Click up is a fantastic tool if you are a tech lover and want a robust project management system that might replace your current communication, spreadsheets, docs & to-do lists.
This is my current project management that I am totally in love with its features.Although it might take a while for you to get used to so many features that click-up offers, it’s worth it.

TRELLO:

Trello is the first project management I used to transition from pen and paper style to an online system. It is a very simple, easy-to-learn yet powerful tool to quickly set up and customize workflows for just about anything. The organizing blocks in this system are lists and cards hence it provides a visual way to manage your projects. 

ASANA

 Asana is your go-to project management tool if you have minimalist needs on how you want to view & organize your business. With simple Kanban & list views, it is the favorite of many virtual assistants.

GOOGLE WORKSPACE

I use google suite for my Business email ID and is really affordable to the entrepreneurs who are starting out new.

CANVA (PRO)

With Canva you can create Professional Images for your Social Media platforms, Website, and other business and personal needs. Canva is easy to learn because it has the drag-and-drop feature and professional layouts to give your images a polished look.

AIRTABLE:

Airtable is my go-to tool for my content & data management system. As the company says, it’s the tool with the power of a database with the familiarity of a spreadsheet. I use it to create my content bank, Blog content writing process, Instagram strategy, Yearly goals & expense tracking.

FILMORA:

For editing my YouTube Video videos, for editing Clients’ video projects I use Filmora. It is a very simple to use tool and affordable.

CALENDLY

Calendly is the tool that I use to schedule meetings with clients that are in different time zones. It easily integrates with Zoom and makes it much easier to schedule meetings.

MAILERLITE:

Mailerlite is the email marketing tool I use to send my newsletter, create landing pages, & pop-ups.
